Japan's Sekisui House Delivers a New Town to England

A partnership between Sekisui House, Homes England and developer Urban Splash has delivered 406 new modular homes.

The homes have been built on Homes England land to create the new town of Inholm in Northstowe, Cambridgeshire.

Backed by £90m ($125m) from Homes England, Urban Splash and its ‘House’ company and Sekisui House created the homes.

It is the first project completed by the trio, which first announced their partnership in 2019 in a bid to increase the supply of homes in the UK built via modern methods of construction (MMC).
